You will have 1 week from your start date to complete.
What if I can’t complete the challenge in the time frame?
The great thing about Virtual Stomp is that you are able to complete it whenever suits you – the week is just a guideline. Please email us on stomp@samh.org.uk to let us know if you are going to extend your challenge so we can support you.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email after registering online?

Please remember to follow government guidelines at all times.
How long will it take to complete?
This depends on your fitness level and which challenge you have decided to take part in. It can take between 20 minutes for Mini Stomp to 6 hours for Ultimate Stomp. You can take part in the challenge across the week and it does not need to be completed in one day.

There will also be room to record every staircase you have completed so you don’t lose track. There are also lots of fitness apps such as Strava that will help you track your stairs.
How do I get the achievement badges on my JustGiving page?
